Why I started Your IT Managers
I'd spent years working in IT for Australian businesses that were losing contracts not because their technology was bad — but because they couldn't demonstrate that their security posture was up to standard. Tender after tender, vendor questionnaire after vendor questionnaire, the same story.
The frustrating part was that most of them were being served by IT providers who couldn't help them — because most MSPs have never implemented an ISMS, never run an Essential 8 assessment, and wouldn't know where to start with a compliance gap analysis.
